Shipping & Returns
We make all reasonable efforts to achieve and where possible exceed the following delivery expectations:
All orders will be dispatched next business day. Standard delivery is free for all orders over $200 within Australia and does not include express postage. For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
For Australian orders, please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery.
For international orders, please allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery.
If you wish to return purchased goods due to incorrect sizing, receipt of wrong or faulty goods or it’s simply not right, please contact our Customer Service Team via email firstname.lastname@example.org
For returns outside Australia: unless the product is faulty, customers are responsible for all shipping costs and handling fees.
Please include your returns form with the returned package (this can be found on the reverse of your packing slip or downloaded from the link below).

Firstly, fill out your returns and exchanges form.
Then print your label & stick it on your parcel. Please ensure it is clearly visible.
Drop your parcel off to a Post Box, Australia Post Office, or Parcel Locker.

Taxes & Duties
Any order shipped to a destination outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes or duties. Driza-Bone only charges the merchandise and shipping to your credit card and is not responsible for any international duties or charges. As the recipient, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and are liable for these charges. Import taxes and duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the consignee.
