Shipping & Returns
We make all reasonable efforts to achieve and where possible exceed the following delivery expectations:
Free deliveries within Australia if you spend over $100 — 2 to 6 working days from receipt of order.
Deliveries outside of Australia — 7 to 10 working days from receipt of order.
If you wish to return purchased goods due to incorrect sizing, receipt of wrong or faulty goods, or is simply not right, please let us know by calling or emailing our customer service team on +61 3 9425 2222 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we have confirmed your request via email or over the phone, you will receive an email providing details of how and where to return the items(s).
Please ensure you have documented on your return invoice the return authorisation number that is provided to you by email, as well as details of your exchange or refund request.
Returns within Australia are Free.
For returns from outside Australia: unless the product is faulty, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs and handling fees. This includes the cost to send the product back to us, and the cost to send the exchanged product to you. Please note we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
